QA/QC Introduction

We  strictly conduct international quality standards to meet clients' demands .
As an ISO9000 and ICTI certified factory, we strictly manage according to ISO9001:2000 and ICTI management system. We have experienced QC staff to carry out the receiving material inspection, on-line inspection and random inspection.
Procedures/testing Details:
  1. All QC procedures are in line with ISO 9000/9001/9004/19011: 2000 standards:
2.IQC: incoming materials have to pass our strict examination before being accepted, IQC check sampling refers to AQL on whether to accept or not.
3.Aging test on the finished products and Vibration test on finished product package cases are conducted so as to ensure the perfect looking and function of the products even they have had long trip.
